Hey what if i want my stats and rank reset, is that possible?

The premium feature 'Reset Stats' unfortunately only resets the four big statistics(S/M, K/D, W/L and accuracy) in the top right corner, however you still have 'all time statistics' that reflect how well you've done in all your playtime. Only the EA customer support and the DICE anti-cheat team can reset your level.

EA Support is extremely inconceivable. My stats reset about a month ago and every time I contact EA they give me the same canned speach saying "Our Developers are working on it" or something along those lines. DICE or whoever is in charge of the stat reset program seriously needs to rethink there system as many others have been experiencing this problem. No comment regarding this matter has been publicly stated on why these people have been wrongfully reset.

I would like to know if this is possible as well.  Not that I would at this time but in the future it is looking like I may like to due a full stats reset.  Also just a thought if you just do a cheat and turn yourself in you might get your wish.  Good luck and let us know if you success with your venture on the reset.

What I would do is clear system cache,It usually helps stop lag on games which is probably where your issue was created,re updating your game dosen't even take that long it is only one update after all.I hope that helps...at least it deacreses your lag....temporarally of course.

Tried that!   As far as I'm concerned EA support does not exist.

How many times do you suggest one must try to get at least a whimper from these people.

I've been waiting for a response for my issue for only 4 days now but thats nothing compared to a colleague of mine who's wait for a single response has entered its 4th month.

My 7 year old ea account along with all my games have just vanished overnight.

BFBC2 , Battlefield 3 , Premium as well as any DLC , stats , rankings and achievements have all disappeared.

God help anyone looking to have any game related issue solved as they sure as hell wont be getting any from EA.

Never again will I waste money on an ea product , ever!
