Infinite Redirect Loop When Trying to Update Playtesting Preferences

This has been reported previously, and it seems to just be a bad link. The info was passed on at the time, but presumably it hasn't been corrected quite yet.
If you have signed in, you might be able to select your name in the top-right and select "My Profile". That will take you to the area where you can update your preferences. However, if you're not able to select your name, you may need to sign in on the general Playtesting site first (EA Playtesting - Official EA Site) and then use the drop-down menu.
