i tried downloading and installing the game via origns however the installation keep stuck at 32%
tried deleting installation files and re-download and install again still has the same problem.
any idea wad could be the cause?
If you can't restart the install process you can shut down Origin, then it should start up again when Origin fires back up.
I'm not sure what you mean by the refund part, can you elaborate?
Community Admin@nahek1311 Hi, were there any notifications while installing? I'd guess that something local is blocking it. What anti-virus do you use? Can you try (temporarily) disabling it then try the install again.
When you're taking another run at the install, be sure to keep an eye out for any windows prompts, too. Make sure that Origin is allowed to make the changes it needs.

I recommend performing a clean boot and then immediately launch Origin as administrator.
