    Hi ravndal93,

     

    This error message indicated that a required .dll file is missing on your computer.

    At first, please make sure that all available Windows Updates are installed. Then, download and install .Net Framework 4 and .Net Framework Update 4.5 and the Direct X End User Runtime (Full Installer).

    This should install the missing .dll file on your computer. Please restart once everything was installed.

    If it doesn't help, then maybe check this answer to a similar question in Microsoft's Community board.

Bump.

Please help. I paid a decent amount for this game and I'd really appreciate some support when thing's are not working. 

This error seems like a quite common error, so I don't understand why there's no solution at all.

Some people claimed that when support updated the CD-key to a new one (or gave a new license) the problems stopped.

I don't know but any kind of help would really be appreciated.
