Inviting friends to a Party in BF1 results in Error 10200

I bought Bf1 via Steam and wanted to play together with my friend who also bought Bf1 via Steam.But the party invitation always leads to an error 10200. (Steam and EA are connected)

What we have already done:

Reinstalled the EA app

deactivated the Steam overlay

Cleared the cache of the EA app.

Launched BF1 via Steam and EA.

No matter where I start BF1, the EA app always reports that it was started by another program and some functions are disabled. I couldn't fix this, but I could imagine that it has something to do with my error.
