I've been trying to get this issue raised but no one is listening. The iPad app for Commander isn't working. During a match no ribbons are awarded. When a round is complete, the progression bar doesn't move, no XP is awarded and you don't receive any ribbons -- even for winning a round. This app worked on Saturday. Whatever change was made over the weekend broke the app. I've found a few more people who have noted they are experiencing the same thing. It is reproducable and happens every round now. No point to playing Commander if it doesn't count.

It would awesome if EA/DICE would acknoledge the problem. This has been going on for a month now. Still no resolution.

I'm seeing a number of issues when using the iPad commander app. I have the XBox 360 version of the game, which is hooked up to battlelog. When using the app, even though the app records a score, those games do not show up in the battlelog. There is some recognition of the app though, as it shows which division I am in for commander, having only played commander on the iPad.Also, I am never awarded ribbons on the app. And just over half the games I play end with dropped connectivity (and so zero score). I have tried the app from three different access points and had the same issues.Added to the connectivity, rubber banding and black spawn screen issues I am seeing on my console, I am extremely frustrated and would appreciate some response to this issue. I've looked around and can't see anyone addressing this commander app issue.Thanks.

PS4. I pulled down the latest update (480MB) on the iPad. Played on my PS4 profile for two rounds. One strange thing. In game my rank is 102, but the iPad only showed 100 in game. But it showed other players on the Scoreboard with correct ranks above 100. The profile selection screen showed the correct rank though. At the end of the round, no points, no XP, no progression and no ribbons. Also checked my Battlelog again and there was no record that I ever played a round as Commander. This is now Day 6 of it not working.

I would love to see someone from EA or DICE publicly acknowledge all of the players complaining about this. Would be nice to know someone is actually trying to fix it.

They do not show on battlefeed either......... I had an 18-0 Commander round on my iPad and recieved nothing for it.......

There is no delay. It doesn't even show that the game has been played. I am on the PS4. This has been an issue since china rising went live.

I have the same issue - no awards for ribbons and the games are not showing in the battlelog. I am using the ioS version and have upgraded to the most recent version of the app.

Hello, just checked and my issue is not a visual one. The ribbons, bonuses, unlocks, assignments are not being utilized. Ive even noticed in a game with the app where my team wins the opposing commander player is out scoring myself by huge numbers, numbers I saw myself when I was recieveig ribbons just last week. Please help, ive tried uninstalling and re installing and no change. Thank you for your time.

I am using the Xbox One and my IPad and getting this problem of no additional XP or ribbons. Actually today after playing commander, the score awarded at end of game as shown in progression is always 10 XP less then what is in the scoreboard.

I noticed the difference after I downloaded the iOS patch but may have started before that

Samsung galaxy tablet 3 - no awards awarded in commander mode
On xbox 360 - works fine when playing on xbox
