I'm playing with friends and the ` key is my push to talk. Is there anyway to disable the console so ` doesn't bring it up?
@Austragus There is a way to disable it using 3rd party programs, but since that is the default key for push to talk in teamspeak you can simply change the push to talk key on the teamspeak settings to something else, like the alt key that some use, like myself.

i don´t full agree with you.
Of course it´s more beautyfull to have some options as solution.
But thats thats samll answer was exactly the answer of the question.
Whats bether ? Have a small answer with the answer of the question or have NO answer ?
Also he/she don´t write that he/she use teamspeak, it would be also possible that he/she change the voip InGame or other Communication program.

if you will use a 3rd party program, you have to be carefull which one do you use.
It´s exists some programs who working absolutly without any problems, but also few programs who punkbuster will be detect and then will you ban with reason of "forbitten program / driver".
@Austragus There are various "solutions" in this topic. While you are not able to change the key-binding itself, you can use a different key for your push to talk function or there are some third party programs which allow to re-program keybindings, as @KH_RCE and @MorningTimeCloud stated. We cannot officially provide workarounds for third party software, tho.
I use usually ALT, a mouse button or a macro key on my keyboard to activate my VOIP in TS or Raidcall.

is there an actual solution to the question? @"dont do what you want and use a different button" isnt really helping.
Besides, even with another button, accudental clicks ther (e.g. out of habit) still screw the player. I hit a mountain once while chasing another plane and the damn console opened and killed me)
why the resistance, make the damn button bindable and...done, problem solved.
DICE TeamHey @N7_Summit, you can't change the default key for the frostbite engine and its to make sure when working with the engine that there is a backup plan when something goes wrong.
