thats a great point you bring up. so since you asked ill letyou know even though you guys should have been able to see this from your server logs. or perhaps youve passed that responsibility to another company as well. anyways, when i first started playing i was playing with some buddies from work. if you look at the kdr its about a 2:1. since bf2, bfbc2, and some of the COD series i on the low end have a kdr of 2.38 to 3.13. so this actually reflects how i play. regarding the accuracy of course its going to be high when i first start playing. the first servers i started playing in i was typically infantry. this is the type of game play that im used to. if you had access to your server logs which you dont since theyre not on a dedicated EA network, you would be able to see ive spent most of my time playing in vehicles such as LAVs, tanks, and and helicopters. so youre actually right regarding to high accuracy to low accuracy. this would reflect my gaming history with bf3
so again, based off of the aimbot error i received after downloading your dlc, which corrupted my game, account, whatever, if i were actually aimbotting, and in a tank, where i cant get killed with bullets, shouldnt my kdr and accuracy sky rocket? why is it so low? maybe because there never was an aimbot.
also the fact that i have extended for a technician to remotely connect to my workstation as well as provide full windows install files showing any installation or file change, your team still denied it. all you are doing is looking at my user profile statistics that has 13 hours logged but realistically there is probably about 4-6 hours of actual game play. you should go check to see how much of that was idle, what kits i played, what my kdr's were, and how my accuracy plummetted once i was playing in vehicles by myself.
also you need to learn how to debate/ argue on an adult level. what you are doing is whats called straw manning. youre refuting any of the points i brought up in my previous comment, ignoring it, and trying to invalidate my claims by attempting to provide information warped from your standpoint that would invalidate my claims. this is on the bottom of the argument pyramid. this is the second to last level of arguing where youre struggling in an converstaion. the only other thing you can do at this point is name call. here is a helpful link to better show you how to talk on an adult level.

this is what youre doing. you cant refute the malpractices of EA and its policies.
here are some bullet points addressing the poor service and bad business practices that you perform.
- your technician in the above mentioned case number acknowledged that the ban literally happened when i bought the dlc.
- the game was working normally before the purchase.
- your technician refunded me only the dlc amount, not the full game, based off that his supervisor was in a good mood
- even if i were to get my account unbanned from PB your company still would refuse to refund the software
- the initial response i was told when asking for a full refund was that i wouldnt get it because i broke the EULA
- proving that my account was no longer being banned would then undo the "breaking of the EULA"
- i was then told that i still couldnt get a refund.
- you guys are stumbling over your own policies.
- which is it? i cant get a refund because i broke the eula or i cant get a refund because what? nothing? why did i get a refund for the dlc and not the game? that still is left to be answered.
- your company has a long history of terrible customer service and screwing over your customers.
- another example i didnt realize until now was back this summer i had bought crysis 2 from steam. i went to install it for the very first time. it installed. when i went to go into multiplayer i had copied the key i got from steam and entered it. i was then alerted that my key had already been used! however this was my very first install. (i have all the original emails and support tickets from steam verifying this.) i created a couple of support tickets with steam and was informed that they dont support this game, EA does. i contacted EA multiple times however to no avail
- your company is malicious and predatory to customers. you guys rip people off. you do everything you can to not refund money for issues that fall on your shoulders.
- your sim city launch was a failure
- your board of directors know this. thats why your CEO was fired.
- the public know your company is a failure. thats why your stock has spiraled so low.
- your company has been voted worst than Bank of America.
i cant wait for the day that your company shutters its windows and is gone for good. i will never buy a game that falls under your umbrella. i will do everything in my power to inform everyone i come in contact with to never purchase your games.
