BF3 HELP

I am trying to play BF3 but it keeps giving me this error for a DLL. I have punk buster installed I have removed all the dlf even the 71067.dlf . I have updated my drivers and updated the EA app . I have tried every YouTube video please help!!!

    Hello The_Dirty_Spoon​,

    I have done a quick search on the internet and found a possible solution for this specific issue.

    The most common fix for this exact error is:

    1. Press Windows + R.
    2. Enter intl.cpl and press Enter.
    3. Open the Administrative tab.
    4. Select Change system locale…
    5. Choose English (United States).
    6. If enabled, untick “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support.”
    7. Restart the computer and launch Battlefield 3.
