Keep getting banned on BF4

Question

So yesterday I installed BF4 again. I played on 2 servers from my favorites without a problem, had some fun, nostalgia kicked in and all that.

Today, I keep getting banned from every single server I try to join, those 2 servers from yesterday included.

I remembered I should use Battlelog to see the reason for the ban and I got the message with something about "[BF4DB] VPN Kick"...

So my question is this : Why was I banned? Is there any way to bypass this? Is it a bug or is it really something on my end?
By the way, I do NOT use VPN.

You're most likely getting a false violation in BF4DB servers due to your ping. Your ping is influenced by&nbsp;the packet travel time from your machine to the server, so somehow your connection is setting off their VPN detection.

My ping is ok. It stays around 30-50, since it's the servers located in Germany. Never had any problems with ping on these servers so far...
