Punkbuster bans are handled by Even Balance and you'll have to reach out to them for more information about this (or dispute the action).

The same with me for BF3 and Even Balance Violation VIOLATION (GAMEHACK) 82011 at 7/1/2019
I play 20-30 times per year (i'm 40+ and not having much time) . Also checked that in the same period as mine many GAMEHACK #82011 for other players .
I was playing normaly , ended a game , gone to grab something to eat , got back and after entering another server got me the message!! Nothing happened in between . No one uses the computer except me .
I was trying even to find what 82011 gamehack means but with no success (if anyone else in here tells me some info maybe) . Checked my computer for malware and others , nothing found.
Apealed in PBbans and Punkbuster and an automated msg days later from "Alex J" came back saying that is "valid" the ban (without saying or giving me an example of why) and even if NOT ( that is convenient) maybe my account was compromised ( now i changed my password and enabled "login verification" , but i saw from PBbans the IPs that connected and was all mine ) and they CAN'T do anything else. I resend a msg but until today no response!
At least show me some evidence!!! Its frustrating for someone that wants to "clear" his mind , trying just to play a game and get banned without knowing the real reason (because there is NO NEED from my side to cheat, i'm not even good at the game and is can be showed in my stats and please don't say that is the main reason, because for me and for some others as far i read IS NOT ) .
For all above , the only thing (except that i can't play a game that i like) to keep in mind is to NOT buying anything again from EA ( i don't care for 3rd party companies that involved with , it should be EA concern to doing a good work and have control over them!). The one to blame is only EA and maybe if other companies is affiliated with them (Punkbuster/EvenBalnace) , then not to buy their products too.
I want too to play without cheaters , but having a "system" banning like that is like wanted to be in a military regime because i don't want "thieves" .
So in the end the one is harmed is EA and no one else!! Keep that in mind!
The first violation # 82011 occurred exactly on Jan. 7 at 3:22 pm, the day I was banned, since many honest players were banned without explanation, bans without reason occurred for quite some time, but after the first violation # 82011 out of control, a wave of banishment without reason.
I have another base account with 113h in BF3, but I will not play anymore, I uninstalled Origin and will keep away from any EA game, it is absurd to ban an account with 4233h without explanation, there are no violations, EA and Even Balance have abandoned the game and bans have not been reviewed since 2015, keep distance from any EA game.

Because if you do , then i can say to you "whatever" i want (as evenbalance declare someone as a cheater without proof or valid anwer except an automated response ) like "No , there are not reviewed" , and have you or anyone else have to cancel their statement.
Or are you trying to say something else here? Will be helpfull to us that had this ban without a reason?

They won't give evidence to those who are banned, in case it is passed onto the cheat makers its common knowledge, though if you're banned and believe you're innocent I guess you'd overlook something like that. Unfortunately thats the way it is and its been like that for many years, as far as I know. I don't see that ever changing. I think it is very far fetched to think that they would ban people at random. Do you really think EA would let that happen? If anything it would be something that triggered a false flag and information they have isn't accurate. I don't see them banning with nothing to show for it. They have lifted bans in the past they deemed as possible false positives within a given lifted violation, it doesn't actually mean that all those who were banned were innocent but the benefit of the doubt was given.
I know we could go round in circles here but I think valid points need to be thrown out there. You can protest your innocence no problem because you know what you have been up to but to state that other random banees have also been falsely flagged doesn't make sense to me. Evenbalance have a system that has been in place for many years, not without some past flaws as seen by lifted violations some time ago though, so to me (convince me otherwise) they have more weight behind this.
