KUNLUN MOUNTAINS no floor

When I get to the top of the elevator there is no floor. I can see my squad and the enemies standing where the floor should be but after a few seconds they fall through and keep falling in an endless loop. If I step out I fall to my death, or keep falling I was over 300k m away from the area when I restarted it. No matter how I try to redo this part it ends up the same. I even rerecorded it to show my friends I'm not crazy.  Is there a patch coming for this or is it my copy of the game?

    I've heard that if you restart the mission it will fix it. Haven't tried it myself yet, tho...

    Restarting the mission worked for me. A bit frustrating but only took ~15min.

    Yes I had the same problem for Xbox 360 but I was able to fix mine, here is what I did and this might be useful to you. First I restarted the mission kunlun moutains, next is when you get to the elevator part what you want to do is to go in pull the lever to make the elevator go and the DONT move, when he goes into the cutscene of Packer pulling the level put you controller/computer down. Once you hear Dima say "let them go first to eat the bullets" that is when is safe to start moving. Hope I helped
