Lag so bad I can't fly or move on any servers
Hi, up until two weeks ago BF3 ran like a dream. Then lag set in and since then I haven't had one day where I can play without giving up from frustration. I can't fly without the jet crashing before the jet leaves the run way. I can't run, as I only get to move on the spot. It doesn't matter which region I select, I am located in Melbourne, Australia and the Australian servers are just as bad.
My internet is ADSL 2+ and I've constantly checked the speeds, which average at 20ms ping and 17mbps download. I don't experience lag on any other online games, including Medal of Honor Warfighter. I have two PS3's and have rebuilt both, deleting all BF3 data and re-downloading. No effect, still lagging. I've reset the ADSL router more times than I can remember and have no issues with any other internet services, including streaming video and voip.
I'm at a complete loss as to what to do or try. I keep hoping I will wake up and the lag is gone, but two weeks is running very thin.
Did a trace route on a BF3 server I was having major lag on with the following results:

Doesn't look like internet to me, but I can't move on the server.
Appreciate any and all help.
Thanks

Hi, after 5 hours on the phone to the ISP and their 3rd level engineers, it turns out the modem had packed it in. The modem was still passing data and not sure why it had prioritised gaming out, but replaced the modem and all good now. Thanks for providing me something to go on.
