Laying down or standing up (if Prone) everytime I shoot to kill
Why is it that everytime I shoot to kill someone it either makes me lay down or stand up immediately after shooting??

Have you recently pressed lie down or crouch before firing? If so you are have internet lag issues which makes you revert back to the previous comman/commands. Also check your controls in the options menu, make sure all commands are as they should be in case you accidently changed a control.
I don't think it was lag as it happens only when I kill someone or get really close. I checked the controls and even cleared my cache. I'm using an xbox btw. I called EA and they have relayed it to the programmers to look into. It could possibly be my controller but, as I said earlier, it only happens when I kill someone and random at that. It's frustrating.
I would try another controler for troubleshooting purposes.
