You choose "Forgot Password" and you will get a new one. You can also contact the support here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us. They can help you restore your email.

that doesnt help because i cant get in to my old email i need the jgamer-1_ account erased so i can just set it up to my new email. i cant log in to change my password and i cant have new password sent because the old email is no longer active my new email is jgibbs23@comcast.net and my ps3 acount name is jgamer-1_ i need those linked ty
