Lord of the rings : Rise of the witch king Online "patch"

When I try to use the "online" function on lord of the rings rise of the witch king : its says I need to patch the game So I do...The game Shuts down and a message appears saying I need administrative privileges to install the Patch- even though I own the PC -How could i fix this? 

 

 

(Btw Im am sorry that i posted this on the Battlefield 3 forums but i couldnt find the LOTR Section)

    There was no indication that EA owned or is affiliated with Heaven Games, on that company's developer forums for the game.  It's getting pretty old now.  I just tried logging on at Origin, and nothing happened when I finished the popup, but obviously something is wrong.  This next is the only official anything that I could access anywhere:
