Lost all progress in BF1 and BF4
I recently changed my email on my Microsoft account, and therefor had to make a new EA account. But both emails are linked to the same Microsoft account. Then I logged into the Xbox app on my PC in order to play these games via PC game pass (I already played a lot of these games on my Xbox). I figured my Xbox progress would carry over to my PC considering I was logged into the same Microsoft account, but it didn’t. So I thought, oh well. I launched BF1 on my Xbox and… all my progress was gone there too. I’m not sure if it had to do with 2 EA accounts with different emails being attached to the same Microsoft account, or the fact that I launched BF1 on PC game pass under the same Microsoft account that I use my Xbox with. A strange issue that I cannot find a solution for. I talked to an EA support representative in a chat, and they forwarded it to their game support team. They also told me to post here, and contact Microsoft support about the issue as well. If anyone has any tips I appreciate it.

Since we can't help with account issues here (nobody has access to your account), you'll need to go back to back to EA Help for assistance with this I'm afraid.

You might also want to read this guide about changing email addresses for an EA Account. It'd possibly be easier to do that, and abandon the new EA Account you created.
