Hi, can be a procesor the matter of low FPS ? Because I have i5 6500 and Radeon Rx 470 8GB and I always have this yellow mark of low FPS and sometines it turns to red. I'm playing on medium graphics quality :/ (sorry for my English xD)

Your CPU doesn't meet the min system requirements and also, you have only 8Gb RAM and these elements can cause some performance issues in the game. Well, in your case I recommend to play Battlefield 1 in clean boot mode on your PC https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/ or upgrade your CPU and RAM. Also, while playing you should not use Internet Browser or other background programs.
