Mass ban (PB HACK) #130895
We asking you to deal with the problem of mass ban players that takes place in lasts few month (when trying to connect to game servers players receive an error message with the code "(PB HACK) # 130895"). Due to discussion of this problem with players suspected that this error may occurred due to the conflict of PunkBuster and antivirus program (I have Dr. Web 9.0).

I think antivirus blocked PnkBstrB.exe all time, and finally WE banned. But I'm not an expert, I can only assume something.
Hundreds of honest players banned for no reason. Many of them have played the game more than a thousand hours!
I know that you send us to solve the problem directly to http://www.evenbalance.com/
But they do not solve any problems! All received standard runaround from bot.
EA as a seller should intervene in this misunderstanding, because we all paid money for the game, and now no reason blocked by a third party that is not going to deal with this error or bug.
