It is not possible to transfer unlocks form Xbox to PC soldiers., when you start a soldier on a different platform that soldier starts off at level 0 even if you have them under the same Origin account. What EA did was merge your two seperate Origin accounts into one Origin account. If you log into your Xbox account with your new merged Origin account your stats will be there as they should be and if you log into battlelog.battlefield.com with your new merged Origin account you will see that you have an Xbox soldier with all of your stats and unlocks and a PC soldier that is just starting out.
I've tried that and still nothing. on both xbox and pc.
I had reached level 50 (finally) on my xbox account before i had to transfer my persona from my old to my new EA account. I logged into battlelog and did all that and still nothing. it still shows that my xbox has no kills or unlocks since they tranferred from old account. basically losing everything because of that.

Since they can access your account they may be able to explain what happened and offer a solutiuon.
