Missed Playtest invitation
I found out I received an invite for battlefield labs a while ago and I missed the deadline to join :( Will I and can I be invited again or have I missed my chance?

That's a difficult question to answer, as there's limited information about the playtests. Probably the best thing to do is to see if it's possible to reply to the notification email or seeing if it included a link to the private Discord channel.

The email only asks to complete a survey to confirm attendance in the playtests, which it won't let me complete

The best course of action is to follow what ElliotLH has said. Additionally, I can tell you being selected once, does not mean you will be selected for other playtests.
