The only stipulation I see on the BFV Enlisted Offer is.
YOU MUST LOG INTO BATTLEFIELD 1 WITH THE SAME EA ACCOUNT AND SAME PLATFORM USED TO PRE-ORDER/REDEEM BATTLEFIELD V ENLISTER OFFER.

Are you using the same EA account for BF1 that you used to preorder BFV?
@Oskool_007 I am yeah. I pre-ordered it on my Xbox whenever it came out, I redeemed it, and have had zero trouble using the weapons until the last few years. The only thing that I can think of is that about 3 years ago I downloaded BF1 on Steam, however I logged-in using a different account so surely that shouldn't matter, especially since I had already redeemed the weapons anyway?
If Steam and Xbox accounts are both linked to the same EA account. It might be possible that caused a bug to occur on the EA account. Since two Battlefield 1 games are registered on the same EA account.
Hmm, quite possibly then. I have re-downloaded BF1 on my PC so I'll check. If that is the case, do you think there's any chance I can get the weapons back on my Xbox?
At EA Help, I think the employee can search for your purchase based on the order ID.
Then maybe the employee could configure and enable the BFV Enlister Offer weapons in the database on the server side.my screenshot
