On which platform are you playing? If on console do you have Playstation Plus or Xbox Live Gold? Is your console account and Origin account both over 13 years of age?
If on PC check your Origin account linked email address for a fairfight ban notice or other ban notice from EA. Be sure to check your spam or bulk mail folder if it's not in the inbox.
- Thanks for helping, I have an Xbox, I've got live gold, my connections are good, I'm not banned from EA haven't received any emails or message and checked with origin, my account is not an under age account
