Missing Season 2 BattlePass - Phantom Edition

Hello,

I am writing regarding a missing content issue in Battlefield 6. I purchased the Phantom Edition on August 6, 2025 (pre-order).

During the EA App launch outage in October 2025, EA officially announced that Phantom Edition owners would receive the Season 2 Battle Pass for free as compensation, since our edition already included Season 1.

Case ID: 239600003 (Previously handled by agents Mayank and Vedang)

Although I received the XP boosters, the Season 2 Battle Pass is still locked in my game. Support confirmed my purchase but sent me here to get this entitlement resolved manually.
