Missing shortcut kits after stats transfer from PS3 to PS4

I got the kits when playing in my PS3 (both regular and Premium), but I lost all the unlocks when I've transfered my stats to my new PS4, and I just can´t find the kit to download on the PS4 store!

You can see on my PS3 soldier that the DMRs, handguns and shotguns are all unlocked:

The same does'nt happens on mys PS4 soldier:

Any help on this!?

    I am sorry but payed or free download content is not transferring to your next generation console except of the Premium service.

    Sorry, but this shouldn't be that way... We pay more than 40 bucks more to got every premium content ether in past gen or next gen consoles
