My Battlefield 3 has disappeared from the game library.

My Battlefield 3 has disappeared from the game library. I used VU server to start Battlefield 3 last month, it was normal at the time, but now it has disappeared from the game. What is the problem?

    Hello @kiimomo5734,

    If you are missing paid content, then you will have to talk to EA support. They are the only ones that are able to assist you. 

    Before talking to them, double check that you're using the same account where you bought Battlefield 3 .

    For what it's worth, I'm here for the same thing. Bought the Limited Edition back in the Origin days, and now it's gone from my account.

    //edit: Support chat restored my purchase. Installing right now. Go to help.ea.com, select Battefield 3 -> missing purchased items -> chat with us

    //edit2: Not solved yet. Now I'm getting "Could Not Activate" after launching the game from Battlelog.

    //edit3: It's solved now after contacting support again and following their instructions (had to remove a directory).

    Hi @kiimomo5734 Sorry to say, but you need to use English here as it's the language for the forum. There unfortunately isn't a forum that supports Chinese, but should be available on help.ea.com.

    EA support help me to regain access to my BF3 content, the only problem was a content on the LICENCE folder that have to be erased. all good now.
