several months ago, bf1 announced me that my bf1 account was banned. but i did nothing. in these days, i tried to send e-mails to ea to appeal, but nobody answer. and my ban history show me that "You currently have no Ban/Suspension History to display". how can i get my bf1 account back?
i have send many e-mails to ea many times by this method, but i didnt recive any answer!

then wating. wating days, waiting weeks, waiting months. waiting for nonting
i mean, it does not work >☹️

whats more, when i googled the method to contact with ea, i saw that i can try get a live chat. before getting a live chat, i unlocked browser restrictions of help.ea.com, but after i followed the steps, a live chat window should appear in the lower right corner of the browser page, but it doesn't. how can i haddle this?
