My BF1 game key couldn't be redeemed

Hi.

I have bought a BF1 game code from amazon (the digital version of the code), and recently, I tried to redeem it but it didn't work.

I have been trying to contact EA for the past 3 days from the Live Chat feature but it never works.

Edit: code image removed

Help please.

Amazon says it is being sold by Electronic Arts.

    Sure, will do

I'm not sure why you would be directed back to us, the retailer is responsible for a purchase. At best support could verify that the code was indeed already used.

Amazon "sellers" are either Amazon themselves or 3rd party operators. If one is purporting to be Electronic Arts can you link their page? I checked the US site setting BF1 and I could only find Amazon and some other 3rd party sellers.

When we sell games directly, we do so through our Origin platform.

I have contacted amazon again a few hours earlier, and they said the same thing they did before.

I honestly don't know what to do at this point

Can I check what the seller was listed as within Amazon? What Amazon version/region did you buy the game from?

Earlier you mention not being able to get through to support, if this is happening can you can try swapping to a different browser or device, in case there's a local issue.

Checking on this it looks like there's an account issue that'll prevent you from playing even when you get the code issue resolved, so you'll want to get this cleared up.

I did try with a different browser and a different device.

It doesn't look like I can find the item. Search is only giving me results for consoles

As has been thoroughly explained, you do not NEED any "key" if you buy from Origin.  Any other seller, if the key is no good, you must challenge the sellers themselves.  No one here, or EA, or Origin, can or will do anything to support a retailer's bad faith.
