my code does not work

Recently I Bought NFS In My Local Gamestop and it was running smooth until I found out my online pass code wasn't working so I brought it back to them and they said theres nothing they can do by the way in case your wondering i bought it 1st hand this was the code I was given I would like to be given another online code working this time thank you.you can contact me at ryancavanaugh10@yahoo.com I look forward to hearing from you soon,Thank You.

    if you bought from gamestop try contact them as EA cant do anything in here...
