I have been in touch with support again and they were unable to help me, however they did identify the proper problem, the access code for my game is for a premium BF3 edition, however, the origin account associated with my game only recognizes that my game is a LIMITED EDITION BF3. this issue is out of the hands of the support help, and they directed me to wait until 8:30am GMT for a specialist to come online, I will not be awake during that time as I am under PST and it will be the dead of night.
@EA_Blueberry Ive seen you respond to the past couple of threads here and I was wondering if you could help me out.

Do you still have the code to register that game to an EA account? Our Support staff can verify that code was redeemed on your account and not another account. Some players accidentally create more than one account and perhaps that could be the situation as well.
For this request, our forum team is not able to make any changes to accounts. Our specialists should be able to correct this for you without you being available, but they may need to just touch base with you by email or phone again to verify account changes. If you visit our Help site, the Contact Us button is at the top where you'll see your existing cases in which you can check for status updates or "resume" the case to contact our Live-Support team again directly.
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble and how you have to go through our Support team to get this fixed. I understand that's inconvenient and not something anyone really looks forward to doing when they want to just jump into a game, but our teams can handle these requests in pretty quick turnaround time. Hi, I put an order for a call but I'm just about done trying to get this sorted, it seems I'm doing all the work. the total time I've spent on the chat service speaking to multiple different people has been four hours. It feels as though no effort is actually being put in to actively solve my issue. The staff identified that my access code was for a premium BF3 edition, and yet they won't do anything to fix it. they told me to contact a specialist when they're available but after four hours of communication the least they can do is refer a specialist to me without me having to spend 2 and a half hours waiting for a person to pop up in a text box.
all I wanted was to play BF3 with the edition I payed my hard earned cash for.
Edit: yes I have the code, and though the staff have told me it is a premium edition code (it should be) ORIGIN recognizes it as a limited edition version

Zack, a specialist on the call team managed to solve my issue under ten minutes, the man is a god send, please promote him.
