Hi, I put an order for a call but I'm just about done trying to get this sorted, it seems I'm doing all the work. the total time I've spent on the chat service speaking to multiple different people has been four hours. It feels as though no effort is actually being put in to actively solve my issue. The staff identified that my access code was for a premium BF3 edition, and yet they won't do anything to fix it. they told me to contact a specialist when they're available but after four hours of communication the least they can do is refer a specialist to me without me having to spend 2 and a half hours waiting for a person to pop up in a text box.
all I wanted was to play BF3 with the edition I payed my hard earned cash for.
Edit: yes I have the code, and though the staff have told me it is a premium edition code (it should be) ORIGIN recognizes it as a limited edition version

Zack, a specialist on the call team managed to solve my issue under ten minutes, the man is a god send, please promote him.

Hi @EA_Blueberry I seem to be having a similar issue with DLC recognition. I just bought the premium edition so i could join more servers and i've repaired and verified my game files through the origin launcher.

hey man, the best thing you can do is use the call center. they can get right into your account if you specifically ask for a specialist, they'll solve your issue in a couple minutes.
