Hello, I have same issue, but WORSE ! I got NOT gadgets, NO REPAIR TOOLS, no antitank grenade ... So I cannot repair from inside the tank either outside...
And cannot select this on any screen on deploy menu, or any vehicle soldier presets... HUGE MAJOR BUG ! Some player are worse haven't the repair tool in air, so If some players would like to play with the plane on BF1, they will quick quit the game with this bug... please make something to fix this, it's a bit long waiting 6 months or more for this...

(Same issue too with the horsman class, I don't have any melee weapons)
I have deleted my game three times, changed options on tank and nothing works.. Cant belive why DICE is doing nothing to this huge issue!
