I just updated my bios and am still having the issue.(I Strongly recommend NOT updating/flashing your bios unless you know what you are doing)
The one change is that now it loads in every time it just has no hud map and i am not able to access any menus. Their is also no other players spawn
my spawns are random the screen is also very grainy and my movement stutters.
I am strongly thinking this is a Cpu issue.
The steps i have taken are as fallows
Updated and repaired the game
Re installed game and origins
Rolled back gpu drivers
Tried different monitors
Swapped GPUs From Nvidia to Amd
Deleted my .ini files and repaired
flashed my bios
Reinstalled
Specs
amd fx 8350
16 gigs 1600 ram
asus m5a99fx motherboard
Nvida 770 gtx /Amd 7970
Windows 7 64
I will continue this battle after i get some sleep because i love this game.
so many people having this problem and yet still no fix for it. you would think it would be in their top proprieties to get people fixed and playing
