not playing in 1080P on ps3
Battlefield 4 only playing in 720 and I have a 1080P TV.

It is not about what looks better, 1080p or 720.
I also know that the cod series are actually upscaled. They make
the game in 720p and then upscale it to 1080p so it runs that
resolution natively. In this case the upscaling has already been done
by the developers.
It wouldn't be able to handle 1080p on low.
