Not showing game BF3 in Origin after purchase

I bought BF3 game but it does not showing up in Origin My Games, how long does it take before it shows up, I have done everything you have advised to fix but no change or should a say no show.

    It may take up to 48 hours for your digital content to be available depending on the speed of your bank's charge verification processes.  If it's been over 48 hours please speak with a Game Advisor for an order status.  You can contact a GA here:  EA customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    Ok I will wait for 48hrs - I do not have this issue with any other game providers - is this normal for EA-Origin?

    I've seen it happen several times with people.  I've always had immediate access but I use Paypal to pay for my Origin purchases, but my girlfriend used a credit card and she had to wait several days.
