Old Battlefield 3 keycode

So I have the cd's / product keycode for my BattleField 3 Limited Edition and have two separate origin accounts (I believe one had bf3 other has SWTOR). When I login in to either and lookup Battlefield 3 it wants me to purchase it and doesn't show in My Games.

Any way I can track the account linked to my product key to make sure I'm not going crazy? Or is there a different way to get it into "My Games" that i'm missing? Just to be clear, the code was used a while ago and has been played plenty just haven't been on in a while and need to reinstall.
