Same here. My account password was changed, so I reset it to something complex. Now waiting for EA live chat. This is a huge problem that has apparently been happening since December, and EA has done nothing to create another step in the account security process or notify users. I also cannot change my username and info back because the security question is now in Russian. C'mon EA. I've tried to be supportive of your company despite EVERYTHING EVERYONE says about you on the internet because you publish my favorite title series. This problem should have been addressed months ago.
Add me to the list of hacked accounts. Hadn't logged in since last October and when trying today, wouldn't take my password. Clicked the link for password reset and never got an email, even after several attempts. Was able to reset password by creating a Star Wars: Knights of Old Republic account with my Origin email, and then resetting that password, which automatically resets the Origin to same. After finally logging in, all order history completely gone and nothing showing under My Games in the client. Finally got in touch with support through live chat, and after a bunch of research and confirming my identity, he informed me my account was hacked, gave me a case number and directed me to a toll free number for "escalation". Now I have to wait 2 more days to get this resolved, since they don't take calls on the weekend. Funny thing is, I never delete an email, and after searching my entire history, I never got an email from Origin saying anything about a password reset or change of email. No idea how anyone pulled it off, but there are clearly security issues.
