Origin Account - Hacked - Password changed then email address changed.

Pretty much as the subject states. My origin account was 'hacked' I had a password change email, followed two days later by an email address change email on the 15th of November. I am now unable to...

Hi,

The same happened to me today: password changed, country set to Russia and a new "secret question" set. But the email adress was not changed. So I could change the password back but I don't think I'm safe since the "secret question" is changed. I'll get in touch with EA asap. How could such a thing happened ?

And today, it seems my account has also been breached... Got an email about a password change. I was able to reset te password to regain access to my account, but the name and secret question have been changed to:
Origin ID Fobos_Ultimate
Echte naam Yasha Lysenko
Secret question Yasha

So now I am unable to change anything involving the secret question. Gonna contact EA support soon with a new account... But how did this happen??? Why can't EA add more security, like an authenticator or stuff like that. I mean, google, Blizzard, hotmail, facebook, steam... all have added security layers in place...
