Same here today want to play BF3 i get error with my pass. I did send reset mail and i noticed my origin ID changed same as secret wuestion to russian language... asking me "who is ur daddy" i manage to change my pass, my email didnt change only secret question and origin ID now iam loged in but cant change it back. Waiting for online help but i know this wont happend ... atleast not as its says in 40-45 min... this is really SUX ...
pls give me a new product code for battlefield 3

the same just happen to me, change my secret question and my name to IRAQ_AHMED7...
How's in charge of this?
I change my password, but I couldn't change my secret question, so I can't change my name.
Origin sux, please fix this
