12 years agoI also received an email stating that my password has been successfully changed but I did not request this password change. so I went through the process of contacting a EA Game Advisor for help (online chat). long story short after asking me security question he advice me to call the EA help centre. so I did and it has been 45min that I have been on hold which is costing me a small fortune (at 10p per min).
I also asked if I could contact them by email and the answer was no. this can only be solved on the phone.
Not happy with the service
