I NEED HELP I DIDNT LOG IN LONG TIME INTO ORIGIN AND I WANT TO PLAY BF 3 SO I LOGGED IN INTO MY ACCOUNT AND THERE IS NO GAMES I HAD MANY GAMES so could you help me somehow or could you tell me do i ...
Well, first of all make sure that it's the account where you had your games. There were cases when people simply logged in to wrong account after a longer break.
Secondly, isn't your Origin set up to only show recently played games by any chance? Make sure that your visibility settings are the same as ones on the screenshot.
If that still gives no result, try to reinstall the Origin client.
If everything above fails I would recommend contacting EA Support.
1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
2 Make sure that you're signed in and select your country by clicking on the flag in top left corner and picking your country from the list.
3 Enter the name of your game (in your case it will be Origin) and click Next
4 Select the platform you play on and click Next
5 Select the topic (for you it will be Billing and Purchasing) and describe the issue
6 Select a contact option. Availability of contact options depends on hour and day of the week.
