PAID Rental BF1 Server still DOWN
My PAID Rental server "Grumpy Old Men" is still down since this morning's outage. Other servers like SaltyNoobs have been back up for hours. Can someone please look into my server?

Anyone?? 24 hours later and my server is STILL down??
I was able to buy a 1-day rental and it worked briefly but now even that server is offline. However my friend was able to buy a 7-day rental and it's working fine. The problem seems to be isolated to my account specifically.
Day 3 and my server Grumpy Old Men is STILL DOWN!
- @lllChunkyKonglll I've been having problems with BF1. No servers show, and error on quickmatch -34601. They never reply to our posts and if they do, it's the same, generic responses treating us like idiots.
@lllChunkyKonglllIt's disappointing that you're getting no response, even though the moderators are here even over the weekend, hopefully there will be some sort of response soon. Because servers are just screwed at the moment.
Not the only one, we are also facing issues with error code 1. Server is purchased for 180days (which is quite pricey) and NOBODY can join. Happened since last server maitenance ...

Oh, my rental server- @PoLaaG Yes mine was for 180 days as well. They clearly do NOT care at all, and there is NO WAY to directly get ahold of the team that supports this product.
The Level 1 EA chat support tried to tell me they don't support this application. I own 2 servers, and cannot access them or change settings.
One of these I just bought a couple of days earlier too. It's stuck on 24-player small modes, and if that doesn't change, it basically isn't going to run.
I'll be expecting a refund if this isn't sorted.
And even worse now, just clicking on "your servers" is infinitely spinning...
