Payment authorization failed

Should I post this bug here? Probably yes, I am trying to give money to you EA, but you refuse to accept my money. Why why why?

    Same as well with me.

    I have been trying to purchase SimCity for a few days now and I am always getting the same error. I am using a Prepaid credit card and I made sure the funds were available and that the credit card is registered. I spoke to a support agent who initially told me that prepaid credit cards could not be used until I referred her back to this https://help.ea.com/ca/article/troubleshooting-payment-issues (this is when I knew she would not be able to help me out). During our online chat I am the one who thought about trying a different browser, etc...VERY frustrating

    In the end, she claimed it was an issue with the prepaid credit card and referred me back to them. It's unfortunate because I simply believe this is because she had no idea what the issue was. Here I am again trying to figure out what the issue is only to find multiple threads about others having the same issue!

    I have tried different browsers, purchasing the game through the origin website and download app, registered and unregistered prepaid credit card and Paypal. They ALL have given me the same message when I clearly have the funds; INVOICEFAILED

    I finally got mine sorted. It only took repeat attempts over a few years; the previous times I simply gave up, because it was easier to get the game elsewhere, but this time around I decided to stick it out and the representative managed to ask his supervisor, who said it should be fixed within 24 hours; sure enough, 24 hours later, it was done.

    Although I didn't find out what it was, I at least now that it is fixable.

    I have tried to get my card to pay E A. All it is doing is pending. I got it in before the 21st and still no Club Pogo.  Can you tell me why????    I would like my Club Pogo...
