You say the total is wrong, what are you seeing and what are you expecting to see?

Hi Berry,


With all due respect, did you bother to look at and understand the screenshots I posted in my original post? I expect the total to be the sum of Battlefield 1 and Battlefield Hardline which is 89.98 dollars without taxes. Not 9.99 as the screenshot shows.

    Are you able to play Hardline at this point? There seems to have been some progress on your purchase attempts and you should see the money be taken for BF1 approximately a week before release.
