I have this exact same problem with the exact same RAM, which has been newly installed. My system had been running BF4 flawlessly and the RAM was the only thing changed. I am even running Windows 8.1 with the latest BF4 updates and done plenty of gaming without any issue before installing the new RAM, so that can't be it. I have it running on XMP profile #1, which enables the 2400MHz speed. My system is very much like the OPs and is fully compatible with 2400MHz XMP RAM. My system, with the HyperX Beast ran installed, ran benchmarks like Furmark and 3DMark without issue. Any help from anyone experiencing the same issue and possible fixes will be appreciated.

P8Z77-M PRO (rated for 2400MHz RAM along with my 3rd gen i5)
Gigabyte GTX 770
Kingston DDR3 HyperX Beast @ 2400MHz (previously had 16GB Corsair Vengeance running on XMP @ 1600MHz)
Windows 8.1 64-bit

I had the same problem like you guys but i fixed it by changing the memory clocks in the bios because CPU_Z reported different clocks for XMP and Memory . It wos like this:
SPD: 1200mhz 11-14-14-35 2T
Memory: 1200mhz 11-13-13-35 2T
Now CPU_Z report same for both 11-14-14-35 -2T and my bf4 works perfectly.
I hope this will help.
