[PC] Game loading with the wrong resolution

Hello folks,

So, since the last PC patch (March 6th), everytime I launch the game, it will start in a reduced window instead of the windowed fullscreen set in the options.

Example

A quick way to fix it is to go to the options, change to windowed mode then back to borderless and poof, it goes to the right size.

However, I have to do this everytime I join a server, and it occured in BF3 too.

Is there a way to fix it forever? I know the fullscreen mode would work, but I'm using two monitors, so borderless mode is still the best option.

Also, while I'm here: it's not really a bug, but I like to have my minimap zoomed to 50m, and it resets at the start of every match, which is not exactly pleasant. It would be nice if the game could save it.

    Hi, did you try delting the 'Profsave_Profile' file and then starting the game and setting up everything the way you want.

    Delete Profsave Profile:
    -Go to C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Battlefield 4\settings and delete the file "PROFSAVE_profile" (or you could just move it somewhere else on your PC for safekeeping).This will also reset keybindings so you will need to do them again when you launch the game.

    Thanks for the answer.

    I just tried it, deleted the file, launched the game (it started in window mode and had the right resolution). I changed the video options from "windowed mode" to borderless, saved the setting, quit the game and joined another server. Aaaand the problem was back.

    Fun fact: it worked fine before the last patch. Perhaps it will work again with the NS one!
