Hello. Where I can find Pigeon Tube with an unused code on Doughboy 1911? I can buy it, meybe one of you have it?

You´d have to buy the BF1 Collector´s Edition to get that code.
Maybe you can find someone selling just the code on eBay or somewhere else.
Personally, I would wait 1-2 more months, since the exclusiveness of this gun expires expires after 1 year so probably everyone will get it for free.
If you're in the United States Amazon will sometimes sell gameless editions of the Collector's Edition which includes the Pigeon tube and code. Otherwise unfortunately your best bet is through ebay but you'll be at risk of getting scammed with duplicate codes and so on.
Hopefully DICE add another way to get the 1911 but for now there's very few ways to get it.

This Pigeon Tube with the "Doughboy 1911" Code is something that comes with the Collectors Edition!
If you don't wanna buy that, you can simply check the Internet if someone doing Code Giveaways on Social Media like Twitter, Facebook ect.
Or check Online-Shop Websites if someone sell a Code for a small price. I got a really good deal for the collector's edition on Woot.com a few months back. I paid under $20 plus $5 shipping for US.
