Player no reward with Colonel dog tag lvl 100

Can someone help my friend out with not receiving a dog tag. Friend is lvl 106 but didn't receive the dog tag for lvl 100.

Player name: Dumaytje (PS4)

    1. Go to contact us

    2. Press your Game/Your Platform and select the problem you are having

    3. Press Contact options

    4. Scroll to chat and specify your problem

    Hey. Sadly we can't help you there with this issue. If your friend is sure that he hasn't 100 lvl dogtag let him CONTACT TO EA ADVISOR.

    He has to choose way to contact and describe his issue.

    @PSYVIRIYour problems are also met by others,My advice to you is: upgrade to LV110,Maybe LV100dogtag will come with LV110dogtag.Hope you get them soon🙂

    Support just keep saying that my friend need to contact them. Why cant they just check his account ?
