Please Help! How Do You Switch Origin Accounts On Xbox One?!

Right, so my buddies and i were going to work on the phantom challenges. Well i look on my Xbox one and it says my origin account ID is Jamminjosh13... well i log on my PC, log into origin and apparently i have been using the wrong origin account... So the account on my PC is MER_Nightmare, and i look up the name Jamminjosh13 on Origin, and it says that there is no Jamminjosh13 ID So basically that account doesn't even exist, yet my Xbox one and 360 are linked to it. I tried everything to find out what the hell is going on for 2 * hours, and found nothing. I dont have the email for it, no password, nothing. So my question is this. Is there any way for me to like swap Origin accounts on my Xbox one and put it on the right one? Please someone help me because it is absolutely annoying and ridiculous that we can't just log out of an account and log onto a new one. Because the one i am logged onto now apparently doesn't even exist, i mean for who ever is reading this you can try it, look up Jamminjosh13 on Origin and there is nothing. So i am hoping that someone finds this and can help because i really need it! <3 thank you for your time.
