Pre-Order Bonus has already been granted to your account.

Hi.

A couple months ago I received a code for some bonus stuff in Battlefield 4. It came with some dog tags in a little silver pack which I believe may have been some promotional swag from PAX. I input the code and was congratulated for getting the pre-order bonus stuff.. etc.

I had originally planned on getting BF4 for the Xbox 360 because it was one of the only options available when I pre-ordered. I recently switched that pre-order to a PS4. I also received a pre-order code for some in-game items. I attempted to put in the code however it told me that I had already redeemed said bonuses.

I believe that that when I had first put in the code I got from PAX, I chose the Xbox 360 as the platform I would use the bonuses for. Now that I'm not getting it for the 360, is there some way to get the code to work with the PS4? Or does the code work across all platforms as long as I'm logged into my Origin account?
